Control What We Can

We cannot choose how many years we will live,

but we can choose how much life those years will have .

We cannot control the beauty  of our face ,

but we can control the expression on it .

We cannot control life's difficult moments,

but we can choose to make life less difficult.

We cannot control the negative atmosphere of the world,

but we can control the atmosphere of our minds.

Too often we try to choose and control things we cannot.

Too seldom we choose to control what we can ...our attitude.

掌控我所能

我们无法决定我们寿命的长短，但我们可以决定活得有多充实。
我们无法控制自己的容貌，但我们可以控制自己的表情。
我们无法控制生活的艰辛，但我们可以选择让生活过得更从容。
我们无法控制世界上消极的氛围，但我们可以控制我们思想的氛围。
我们经常选择去做那些我们无法控制的事，却很少去选择我们可以控制的事
——那就是我们的态度。

刚看到一篇小文，读起来挺有感触，就回到家里来了。呵呵。

其实中心意思，就像小赖和黑妞常说的“平常心”！   

谨以此文，送给黑妞和小赖，让我们用平常心去对待彼此，用平常心去生活，去处理身边的事。只有这样，才能真正品味出生活。
